I woke up at eight and got ready for the day. We started by loading tons of food into the car and driving to the nearby town, where we planned to meet some friends for brunch. While setting everything up the other guests arrived, for a total of nine people. We finished the rest of the food and prepared three buffets. All in all this was easily the best breakfast buffet I had in ages. But I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves…
After we finished eating we went on a short walk to a nearby forest. Going there allowed me to take some more pictures of the region, also featuring the beautiful weather all day long. I did actually use my sun screen after all.
We went back to the house and cleaned up everything from the brunch. We didn’t do much in the afternoon, so I spent some time taking more pictures of the garden. It’s featuring two really nice ponds as well as some other features. They also have chickens and donkeys around as well, so I found a lot of nice places to take pictures…
